Maine ChanceIt is our mission to provide service and support to the College of Agriculture through our core divisions: Central Kentucky Farms, Engineering, Fleet Services, Greenhouse operations and Security. 

Our work encompasses all research farming operations at Coldstream, Spindletop, and Maine Chance Farms in Fayette County, Eden Shale Farm in Owen County and the C. Oran Little Research Center in Woodford County. Central Kentucky Farms division also administers the College of Agriculture Federal Excess Personal Property Program.

The Engineering division provides engineering and project management services for college facilities statewide. All facility maintenance is also administered through this division.

Through Fleet Services, we maintain and service College of Agriculture equipment and vehicles. The University of Kentucky Motor Pool, comprised of 280 vehicles, supports the business travel needs for the University of Kentucky is operated by Fleet Services.

The College of Agriculture Greenhouse operations and facility is administered by Facilities Management. Our Security division maintains the research farms security systems and maintains a staff of security workers who provide support to the College of Agriculture campus buildings.
